Product must not be used and returned item must be in the original packaging (including the pedal protector parts) and condition it was received. That means no damage, no scratches, with original labels, using instructions, guarantee leaflets and other hangtags and wrappings are included. Refunds will not be issued for damaged product or the one without original packaging.
Refunds are only issued for the purchase price of the item(s) returned and any applicable sales tax in the original form of payment used to purchase the item. Shipping charges for both delivery and returns are not refundable.
We suggest that you ship your returns through a service that provides package tracking because we cannot issue refunds for returns that have been lost in shipping.
